SKY Help Diagnostics

The Sky Help site suffered from poor tutorials and confusing instructions. I worked with Sky.com to come up with a new solution. Taking the lead from Haynes Manuals and Ikea instructions, we rendered outline drawings of Sky kit from their 3D models. However, due to some of our diagnostic flows featuring items that aren’t from Sky, I drew the additional items in Illustrator. The whole Help & Support site is currently being updated and improved – this was the first step towards making a cleaner, simpler site that aimed to put the users’ needs first.
